感谢您使用实时高度表！本政策仅适用于实时高度表App产品或服务。实时高度表是由深圳市活力智汇科技有限公司开发并运营的一款通过卫星定位与气压传感器测量当前海拔高度、气压、经纬度与移动速度的工具。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并会尽全力保护您的个人信息安全可靠。我们致力于维持您对我们的信任，恪守以下原则，保护您的个人信息：权责一致原则、目的明确原则、选择同意原则、最少够用原则、确保安全原则、主体参与原则、公开透明原则。同时，实时高度表App承诺，我们将按业界成熟的安全标准，采取相应的安全保护措施来保护您的个人信息。请在使用我们的产品（或服务）前，仔细阅读并了解本《隐私政策》。

请注意：

  1. 您同意隐私政策仅代表您已了解应用提供的功能，以及功能运行所需的必要个人信息，并不代表您已同意我们可以收集非必要个人信息，非必要个人信息会根据您使用过程中的授权情况单独征求您的同意。
  2. 相应设备权限并不会默认开启，当涉及重要或敏感的设备权限时，我们会在您使用到相应业务功能时，另行弹窗再次征得您的同意后开启；权限开启后，您还可以随时通过设备设置关闭权限；您不同意开启权限，将不会影响其他非相关业务功能的正常使用。针对个人敏感信息，我们会单独征得您的同意后进行处理。

一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息

根据《常见类型移动互联网应用程序必要个人信息范围规定》，实时高度表App属于"工具类"应用，基本功能服务为"海拔高度测量及记录"，必要个人信息包括：

  1. 位置信息（可选）：当您开启位置权限时，我们会通过系统定位服务获取您的经纬度、海拔、定位精度与移动速度，用于在应用界面展示海拔高度等测量结果。位置数据仅在您的设备本地使用，不会上传到服务器。
  2. 相机权限（可选）：当您使用水印相机功能时，需要相机权限用于拍摄照片。拍摄的照片仅保存在您的设备本地相册中，我们不会访问、存储或上传您的照片。

关于传感器的说明：本App会读取设备的气压传感器（用于计算气压海拔）、磁力计与加速度传感器（用于指南针方向指示）。上述传感器读数为设备本机的物理量测值，不含任何可识别您身份的信息，仅在设备本地实时计算与显示，不会被存储或上传。

在您同意隐私政策后，为保障App正常数据统计和安全风控，我们会收集以下信息：

  1. 设备基本信息：设备型号、品牌、制造商、操作系统版本，用于统计分析和兼容性优化；
  2. 应用信息：App版本号和构建号，用于版本管理和功能更新；
  3. 屏幕分辨率：用于界面适配和显示优化；
  4. 网络类型：WiFi/移动数据状态，用于网络连接优化；
  5. IP地址：用于网络连接优化、安全风控及统计分析；
  6. GPS定位坐标：用于计算并展示当前海拔高度（需您授权位置权限）

我们不会收集您的 IMEI、IMSI、ICCID、MAC 地址、AndroidID、OAID 或设备序列号等设备标识符。

（一）为了更好的为您提供服务，我们根据合法、正当、必要的原则，在您同意为前提的情况下，仅收集实现产品功能所必要的信息。

  1. 海拔与定位功能（可选）

当您授权位置权限后，我们会通过系统定位服务获取您的经纬度、GPS 海拔、定位精度与移动速度，用于在应用主界面展示海拔高度、坐标和速度。若您的设备配备气压传感器，我们会优先使用气压换算的海拔以获得更高精度。上述数据仅在本地使用与显示，不会上传到服务器。您可以随时在系统设置中关闭位置权限。

  1. 指南针功能

我们会读取设备的磁力计与加速度传感器，用于计算并显示方位角。若您已授权位置权限，我们还会根据您所在的经纬度估算磁偏角，将磁北修正为真北以提升准确度。传感器数据仅在本地实时计算，不会被存储或上传。

  1. 水印相机功能（可选）

当您使用水印相机功能拍摄照片时，我们需要访问您的相机权限。拍摄的照片会保存到您的设备相册中，照片上会添加当前海拔高度、气压和经纬度作为水印。我们不会访问、存储或上传您拍摄的照片。

  1. 应用设置和偏好

为了提供更好的用户体验，我们会在您的设备本地保存您的应用设置和偏好（如语言设置、隐私政策同意状态、指南针校准偏移量等），这些信息仅存储在您的设备本地，不会上传到服务器。

二、我们收集和使用您个人信息的目的

我们收集和使用您的个人信息仅用于以下目的：

  1. 提供核心服务：实时测量和显示当前海拔高度、气压、经纬度与移动速度，这是应用的核心功能。
  2. 改善用户体验：在您拍摄的照片上标注海拔与位置水印，方便您记录所处高度。
  3. 数据统计与分析：通过收集设备信息、应用版本、网络类型等数据，分析应用使用情况，优化应用性能和用户体验。
  4. 兼容性优化：根据设备型号、系统版本、屏幕分辨率等信息，确保应用在不同设备上正常运行。

三、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息

  5. 技术安全：我们采用业界成熟的安全技术（如数据加密、安全传输），保护您的个人信息不被未经授权的访问、使用或泄露。

五、信息保存及跨境传输

我们承诺：

  1. 位置信息、传感器读数、照片等敏感数据均在您的设备本地处理和存储，不会上传到任何服务器。
  2. 设备基本信息、应用信息等统计数据会上传至统计服务，用于数据统计和安全风控。
  3. 您拍摄的照片仅保存在您的设备本地相册中，我们不会访问或传输这些照片。

  1. 访问权：您可以随时在应用主界面查看应用所使用的位置信息（经纬度、海拔）。
  2. 更正权：您可以随时在系统设置中修改位置权限的授权范围。
  3. 删除权：您可以随时卸载应用，卸载后所有本地数据将被清除。
  4. 撤回同意权：您可以随时在系统设置中关闭位置或相机权限，撤回同意不会影响您使用应用的其他功能。

七、我们如何处理儿童的个人信息

我们的产品和服务主要面向成年人。如果您是18周岁以下的未成年人，建议您请您的父母或监护人仔细阅读本隐私政策，并在征得您的父母或监护人同意的前提下使用我们的服务或向我们提供信息。

Photographs are processed on your device and may be saved to your device’s photo library when you choose to save them. The current version of the App does not upload your photographs to our servers for advertising or analytics purposes.

The App may use motion sensors, compass sensors, and barometric pressure sensors to provide altitude, direction, and device-orientation features.

These sensor readings are primarily processed locally on your device. The current active-statistics request does not include your barometric pressure, compass readings, or altitude readings.


2.4 App Usage and Device Information

After you agree to the App’s privacy notice, the App may send limited active-statistics information to our self-operated statistics service. This information may include:
